At TRAP (trap.pk), we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items under the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale and discounted items are also eligible for return or exchange, unless marked as final sale.
• Faulty or damaged products can always be returned or exchanged without extra cost.

2. Return & Exchange Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
3. Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your return or exchange.

3. Delivery Charges

Customer Responsibility:
If the return or exchange is due to a customer’s choice or mistake (for example, wrong size, change of mind, or incorrect order), the customer is responsible for all return delivery charges.
If your order was placed using a free delivery coupon or during a free delivery promotion, you will be required to pay both delivery charges (to and from) for returns or exchanges.

Company Responsibility:
If the return or exchange is due to a company error — such as receiving a damaged product, defective item, or an item different from what you ordered — Trap.pk will bear all delivery and return shipping charges.
In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photos or videos as proof.

4. Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be issued in your original payment method or as store credit.
• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., undergarments, socks, or accessories) unless defective.
