Courier Partner: All orders are shipped through PostEx.

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time: Delivery generally takes 3–4 business days depending on the destination and courier load.

Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via push notification if enabled and email so customers can monitor their delivery status through the PostEx tracking portal.

Returns

Return Period: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must not be used, worn, or damaged. They should be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Return Method: To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer support via email or phone, providing the order number and reason for return.

Shipping for Returns: Returns are processed through PostEx. Once the return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for pickup or drop-off.

Refund / Exchange: After the returned item passes inspection, customers may choose between a replacement product or a refund (as applicable).
